Run Rome The Marathon and Support Encephalitis International
Run Rome The Marathon offers an unmatched route through history, culminating at Italy’s world-famous Colosseum. Join 30,000 runners to take in the sights of Rome in the most spectacular fashion, with ambient temperatures and breath-taking views. You can sign up as an individual runner, or share the fun as a relay team of 4 runners.
- Distance: 26.2 miles, marathon – or enter a relay team of 4 to cover the distance between you
- Location: Rome, Italy
A mostly flat course through the city, runners will experience Rome’s most famous sights, including: St. Peter’s Basilica, the Spanish Steps, and the Piazza Navona.
Sight-seeing and running combine to make this an epic marathon challenge! To take on Run Rome The Marathon whilst supporting the work of Encephalitis International, you can sign up via our partners at Realbuzz.
How to enter:
- Deposit: £49 (refundable upon reaching Fundraising Target)
- Fundraising Target: £650 for individuals / £1,400 for relay teams of 4
Once your place is reserved by paying the Deposit to Realbuzz, it’s all about fundraising for Encephalitis International.
Your place is guaranteed as soon as you reach 75% of the Fundraising Target, which is £487.50 for individuals or £1,050 for relay teams of 4 (you need to reach this at least 30 days before registration officially closes for the event).
Your Deposit is refundable if you reach the full Fundraising Target of £650, as Encephalitis International will then cover all entry costs charged by Realbuzz.
