- Abstract Review by Encephalitis International Conference Subcommittee: July/August 2025
- Acceptance Notifications & Publication Online: August 2025
SUBJECT AND STYLE:
Abstracts should be related to encephalitis and will be considered in any field or subject area.
Participants interested in presenting an oral or poster presentation are invited to submit an abstract. All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Conference Subcommittee and may be accepted for:
ORAL PRESENTATION – refers to abstracts accepted for oral presentation at the podium on 4th December
POSTER PRESENTATION– data blitz poster presentation session on 3rd December and/or poster board presentation in the Poster Area on 3rd/4th December and poster view in the Poster Booklet distributed to all participants.
PRIZES AND RECOGNITION
There will be prizes and certificates for best oral and poster presentations, awarded on the day.
